Dr. Peck Sr. has over 60 years of experience in real estate development, owning, developing and operating assisted living/memory care facilities, skilled nursing facilities, ambulatory surgery centers, and medical office buildings in New Jersey and South Florida. He also owned, developed and operated garden apartments with his father, another George Peck, who was an avid builder and real estate developer in NJ & FL. From an Indoor Racket Club to high rise condominiums to healthcare facilities, Dr. Peck Sr. has tremendous experience and success in many areas of real estate. One of his prize possessions is the Lincoln Park Airport, where he is a licensed pilot and keeps his planes.
Dr. Peck was a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, world renowned in rhinoplasty. Dr. Peck Sr. wrote numerous medical textbooks, scientific journal articles and lectured throughout the world. As a result of his talent and reputation, Dr. Peck Sr. was elected and served as the President of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery .

Mr. Peck is the 3rd generation of his family to work in the healthcare industry. He currently oversees the operations and management of Allaire Healthcare’s Portfolio comprised of over 300 units in Senior Living facilities located across New Jersey and South Florida. Mr. Peck personally led the development of the Courtyard Gardens Senior Living Facility in Boynton Beach Florida. He is a graduate of Villanova University and earned his B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from Villanova’s Business school. After Villanova, Mr. Peck attended the University of Maryland and earned his Masters in Healthcare Administration.

Four Generations of George's
Together George Sr., George Jr., and George III have three generations of real estate development experience. Dr Peck Sr.'s father, another George Peck, built single family housing, multifamily housing and garden apartments. He passed the real estate development gene to George Sr. , who was a pioneer in the Senior Housing industry. He developed one of the first continuum of care retirement communities and one of the first licensed ambulatory surgery centers in NJ.
Dating back over 70 years, the Pecks have owned, operated and developed an array of different real estate holdings. The portfolio includes senior housing facilities, multi-family housing dwellings, drug rehabilitation center, medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, indoor sports complex, residential housing, and a private airport.
